Lisa brings with her over 30 years in the dental profession. After graduating from Northwestern University, she worked clinically until 2007 and went on to study graphic design,  business and marketing. Her tenure in the dental field has had a wide range: clinical, management, OSHA and HIPAA training, marketing, course event planning and team building. 

Experiencing first hand  the necessity for a new model of leadership within dental practices, Lisa has found her true passion and calling.  To meet those needs, she furthered her affiliations and education, became a certified (executive/team/personal)coach, a certified communication trainer and is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership. She is a member in good standing with many professional organizations, all with the intent to be the best educational coach/trainer on leadership and communication within the dental industry.  

An engaging, dynamic speaker, she will easily guide an individual, team or audience of hundreds with her broad knowledge base, her passion, creativity and joy.  She has been heard on multiple audio dental podcasts, video podcasts, as well as lecture series, has been published in dental journals and engaged to speak to study clubs and large audiences Nationwide.
